Popular locals pub that stands back from the road , close to a busy mini-roundabout. This ex-Wards Brewery house has now ceased selling real ale. Breakfast & lunch are served Monday Friday in the Crown Inn Cafe with traditional lunch on Sundays. There is an Open mic night on Tuesdays with live music on Saturday and a DJ or Karaoke on Friday evenings. The outside area is to the front of the pub and there is a separate tap room with a pool table to the left. Recently reopened following a period of closure.
