Tucked away down a narrow lane from the meeting of Liphook Road with Bowcott Hill this popular local country pub restaurant reopened on 19 July after a couple of weeks between licensees. A full food service is available Thursday to Saturday evenings and Sunday lunchtime and bar snacks available at all times. A once monthly food truck visit adds to the fare. Historic Friary Meux brewery sign by the door. The terraced verdant little garden with a brook running along the bottom is down some steps behind the car park on the opposite side of the lane.
