This 19th Century pub has been under new management since April 2023.

Good quality food now available lunchtimes and evenings.

Historic Interest

Began as a private house, constructed around 1750. Acquired in 1778 by James Mors, a gunsmith who supplemented his income by selling beer. Around 1840 it was bought by Richard Hazell, a brewer, who gave it it's current name.
