This large landmark pub has been sold by Marton's PLC to a developer. It was closed and boarded up in 2010. Has now been demolished to make way for the erection of fourteen 3 bedroom houses, comprising 4 semi-detached houses and 10 terraced houses with associated access, parking and landscaping.
