This Pub is Closed Long Term

Permanently closed.

Re-opened in February 2017 following a refurbishment, primarily as a restaurant with a small bar area. Previously known as the Beehive, it was the oldest pub in the area dating from the 18th century and despite numerous changes over the years retained much of its timbered charm. There is a carvery on Sundays. Opposite the QEII hospital.
