A large popular pub, dating from 1756, on the main road at Bollington Cross. A central bar area, conservatory, secluded dining areas, outdoor covered patio, and children’s play area ensure that drinkers, families and diners are all made welcome.
Low ceilings, stone flagged floors and coal-effect gas fires make for a cosy bar area whilst a TV in a separate area regularly shows sporting events.
Food from a well-balanced menu is served every day from 12 – 9.
The Cock and Pheasant has an active golf society whose membership includes several local CAMRA members. Regular Thursday Quiz nights and occasional live music.
Beers come from the Mitchell and Butlers list with usually 2 from the regional list and 2 from the national list.
Bus stop right outside the front door provides regular, easy access to and from Macclesfield and the rest of Bollington.
This Pub serves 1 changing beer (from M&B’s regional list.) and 1 regular beer.
