Having closed down on 28 April 2025, this pub re-opened at the start of August 2026. There appears to be a particular emphasis on the Chevin End Guesthouse part of the business. A new survey is awaited and all detail are subject to confirmation.

Pleasant rural inn on the Ebor Way at the crest of a steep hill on Otley Chevin giving panoramic views over the Wharfe valley. This pub was converted from a farmhouse in the 18th Century and the country atmosphere is enhanced by many pictures depicting rural scenes. One regular cask beer is offered. The pub is known in the area for the quality of its food, including traditional Sunday roasts, and there is capacity for up to 42 diners. Locally sourced, seasonal produce is served, including game when available.
This Pub serves no changing beers and 1 regular beer.
