Refurbished as a pub in 2015, 500 years after its name’s sake Cardinal Wolsey, who was Bishop of Lincoln from 1514 to 1515. Housed in a Grade II listed building dating back to the 15th century, the refurb showcases some original features. With an extensive drinks menu this multi-roomed building makes it ideal for a quiet drink for couples, with friends, or larger groups, including its regular art class sessions.
