The pub reopened again on Friday 2nd September 2022 and is now managed by Cody Taverns.

Built in 1844 as the Cannon Inn and served as the tap for the Cannon Brewery. After a number years as Keystone, the pub reverted to its original name in 2017 and was refit to make it more of a traditional pub again.
