Earlier this year, Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company made the tough call to close the last of these historic Union sets in Burton, but not before donating one to Thornbridge. The Marston’s team headed to Bakewell to set it up, and now Rob and his crew are using this classic kit to create some extraordinary brews.
