Pleasant, friendly local at the edge of the town centre.

The single L shaped bar, usually with two cask ales, has a real fire.

Live bands tend to fill the pub solid with customers!

There is a juke box, two screens showing pop videos and football etc, several games machines and darts in the bar with a well used skittle alley up a steep slope to the rear.

Outside toilets to the rear for ladies and recently refurbished gents.

Access to pub and toilets can be challenging for those with mobility issues.
