This Pub is Permanently Closed
First licensed as a beerhouse in 1851 and known as the Star & Garter. By 1881 it had become the Bricklayers Arms and obtained a full licence in 1959. It had a single L shaped bar area, with a dartboard, large screen TV with Premiership sports on Sundays and cribbage is available. There is a large decked area at the rear and a rather barren garden. This pub closed in August 2012, and was later demolished in summer 2015. Two new houses will be built on the site.
