Opened in February 2015, one of a chain of brew pubs based on similar small American examples. Brewery in pub with opportunity to meet the brewer and see or take part in the process. Pleasant modern surroundings,with a wide choice of food, and suggested beer pairings to go with the menu items. Four regular on site brewed beers based on English and American styles, as well as two revolving seasonal ales, also site brewed. Popular with office workers. Close to station and town centre, quiet considering the closeness to town roundabout complex.

Historic Interest

A pair of houses from the late 18th century converted to a pub early 19th century. Grade II Listed. Historic England list entry 1217475
