This Pub is Closed Long Term

The Bowhouse Hotel was opened in November 1979 by Thomas Usher & Son Ltd. It closed down in June 2017 and has been empty ever since. Various planning applications to turn the ground floor into more shops, including a licensed shop have been rejected. The future of the building remains uncertain.
