A large railway arch close to Brew By Numbers, on what has become known as the Bermondsey Beer Mile. It is to be used as a storage facility for Moor Brewery's barrel ageing project, but also provides a useful London base and Tap Room outlet. In January 2026, was re-opened as the Blue Monk with 2 real ales available on opening.
