The pub is attached to a Beefeater pub-restaurant with a Premier Inn adjacent. The 'Balmoral' signage has gone and been replaced with 'Beefeater' signage. Bar rear in front and to the right as you enter. Most of the pub is the restaurant area for the Premier Inn, but it is open to all. Open for breakfasts Mon-Fri 6.30am-10.30am; Sat-Sun 7am-11am; Restaurant hours 12-10 Sun-Thu, 12-10.30 Fri & Sat.

Entrance door is narrow and with a small 4cm step, but there is a ramp immediately to the left leading to wide door access. Inside is flat. Standard toilets off the bar area are not adapted, but there is an accessible unisex toilet to the left of the bar in the restaurant area.
