Historic Interest

The pub opened at the end of May 1996 as Durty Nellies, an Irish theme Bar and painted bright green.The pub went through various phases and name changes over the years, but by far the worst was the repainting in garish blue in 2015 and named after the Taxi firm with their phone number 696969 emblazoned on the front of the pub.
