This Pub is Closed Long Term

Sadly the owning group Whitbread announced in July 2026, that this Beefeater and all other UK Beefeaters would close to the public on Thursday 10th September 2026, which has now happened!

This particular Beefeater has been put up for sale as a going concern, Freehold Property by agents Christie & Co for £850,000.

Original Description:-

Beefeater Pub and Restaurant, serving up a menu of grilled meats and international favourites. It is a large semi-circular island building, set off a busy roundabout on the A48 road. Although a busy restaurant, it happily serves those only wanting a drink. The bar and its large, well used drinkers area, are to the right on entry and there is a large beer garden outside.

It opens early to serve breakfasts, primarily for guests in the adjacent Premier Inn hotel, but also for the public. Alcohol service normally starts at 11.30 am or Noon on Sundays.
