Modern pub, opened in 1992 by Youngers, later S&N, now leased from Star. It was the Blue Anchor until taken over in 2014 by the Grand Union chain. Tiny ground floor bar, plus basement dining room. Mainly a cocktail bar with keg beers. Relaunched as Pineapple Club in December 2023- closed by March 2024.

On soft launch from January 8th as a Japanese Restaurant and Sake bar.
