Attractive fronted Hall & Woodhouse pub hidden behind a large floral display. The side arched mews entrance leads to a riding school stables. Panelled walls with prints and history of the Toxophilite (archery) Society which was founded in 1818. First licensed in 1834 as the “Archery Ground Tavern” in the nearby Bayswater Road, it was rebuilt on the present site in 1839 and is a Grade II listed building.
