Historic Interest
Historically a posting house. Listed at 22 Friars St from 1874 to 1922. A report in the Ipswich Journal** on 19 Aug in 1882 states that : On 15 Aug 1882, William George Smith married Kate, eldest daughter of Mr Alfred CANSELL, Angel Inn, Sudbury.
