Busy Sam Smiths pub and the only one in the City Centre selling cask ale. There are two bare-floored downstairs rooms (taproom and lounge) and upstairs lounge with a separate bar (not currently in use). Old maps and photographs of Leeds adorn the walls.
Restoration
This Sam Smiths pub is a recreation of a traditional Leeds 'yard' pub that has two bare-floored downstairs rooms and an upstairs lounge with a separate bar (not always open). With good quality woodwork throughout, it looks authentic, supported by simple but attractive fixtures and fittings, a muted colour scheme and a handsome servery. There is bench seating and a fireplace with cast iron fittings. Old maps and photographs on the walls help to create a good environment for a civilised pint.
This Pub serves no changing beers and 1 regular beer.
