An old coaching Inn dating back to the 12th century that radiates charm and character. The large car park, once the stable yard, is entered through an archway that connects the pub building to the old stables. The interior is quite spacious, but being divided into a number of separate areas, provides an intimate setting and cosy feel more associated with a smaller pub. The pub also supports a large beer garden and is well known locally for its traditional home cooked food.
