Fromer Ind Coope pub dating back to the 1890's. Planning granted in 2012 for upstairs conversion to flats and A1-A3 use of ground floor. The Secrets nightclub extension was demolished in 2012. Flat conversion undertaken. The building is now known as Foster House.
