Opened originally as Edwards in August 1999 in a former shop unit. Became a large Slug & Lettuce near Romford railway station (with Elizabeth Line, London Overground & Greater Anglia services). In March 2026 tenancy taken on by Sandy Turmer and Tyron Thomas. The focus is now daytime sports and dining, transitioning into a lively event space with DJs, bingo, and club nights on weekends.
