Formerly the Slug and Lettuce, now an independent riverside bar. Despite signage outside, no real ale, unlike adjacent Last Hop pub, and nearby award winning Thames Side Brewery. All day menu includes interesting tapas and pub favourites. Riverside terrace overlooking Staines Bridge and the Swan Hotel on other side of River Thames, a pleasant place on a sunny afternoon. Has a late license, a pool table and lots of disco lighting, so may well appeal to a livelier demographic in the evening.
