This Pub is Permanently Closed

There have been inns on this site for over 500 years. One was built in 1633 and another in the 1800s. It was not always licensed, operating as a temperance hotel from the early 1900s for 40 years or more. It also changed name to Strathedrink Hotel for a few years in the late 1940s then reverted back to the Clachan. It finally closed down in 2012 and became a private house.
