In November 2025 two brothers, Gary and Paul Doyle, opened a local micro pub by converting a retail unit in Blackburn's Holly Tree Shopping Parade in the Livesey area.

4 handpumps with 3 for local brewery Three B's and the 4th changing for a regional brewery.

Please note due to licensing restrictions no drinks allowed outside.
