Following a period of closure 2022-24, the pub has re-opened after a refurbishment. It is open plan with comfy seating and a cosy atmosphere. There are two pool tables, jukebox and a large TV screen. Live music and DJ nights are popular. The business includes an Indian restaurant & takeaway (Koh-i-Noor) in the same building at No 80. It also offers 'All You Can' buffets Mon-Sat 12.30-5pm No real ale here.
