Ilkley Tap opened in September 2024 in a former restaurant on Ilkley’s main shopping street. It is 5 minutes walk from the rail and bus stations. The modern layout comprises a drinking area with the servery on the ground floor and additional seating with tables on a higher level to the left of the entrance. Outdoor seating is provided to the front. The wall opposite the bar shows a large illustration of the entire brewing process. Eight hand-pulls showcase cask ales from Ilkley Brewery and usually include a bitter and dark beer. Twelve keg taps on the wall behind the bar serve beers mainly from Ilkley Brewery with usually a few guests and a cider. A large variety of Ilkley cans and bottles are also available. Food, often with an Italian influence, is served all day with specific breakfast (at weekends, 10.00-11.45am), lunch and evening meal menus. A 'Pizzette and Pint' deal is offered Monday to Thursday, 12-9pm. A Sunday Roast menu is offered 12-6pm.
