Modern style bar in a 19th century Grade II Listed building, converted from a shop in May 2024. From the narrow part of the busy High Street, step into spacious areas with much wood and painted brick in evidence. The bar is towards the rear, and next to that are steps up to more seating, which lead to a garden/patio area with stools & wooden barrels for tables, and a covered area.
The bar has 2 handpumps, 12 keg beer lines and 2 cider lines, plus wines, spirits and canned cocktails, as well as hot beverages. Locally sourced pub snacks such as meat pasties and vegan sausage rolls are available, and a couple of large fridges have a good range of canned and bottled beers, some Belgian.
A shop shelf sells a small select choice of local artisanal produce such as gin, rum, chocolate, relishes and tea bags.
