This Pub is Permanently Closed

The licensee at the time of closure was Thomas White. By the time of the 1911 census the property was occupied by a bootmaker and was being run as a lodging house. It was offered for sale as private house in the Staffordshire Advertiser for 9 Apr 1920. The property was subsequently demolished for road realignment and would have been close to where "Oatcakes & Milkshakes" cafe was located in 2022
