Up the road from affluent Heronsgate and along the route of the Old Shire Lane Walk. The pub has a separate restaurant area for meals, which can also be taken in the bar. The conservatory area can be closed off for private functions. Dogs are allowed, but only in the bar area. There is a large car park, a patio at the front and side of the building and a garden to the rear.
