Club bar open to the public.

Occupying a corner of the large clubhouse, this cosy recently refurbished (June 13) lounge bar is fully open to the public. Obviously retaining its rugby roots, the bar is littered with rugby memorabilia and the two HD TVs are generally showing rugby if any can be found but other sporting events can be tolerated. On international rugby match days the function room is usually open to view the action on the large drop down screen. A very long relationship with local brewer Hop Back keeps three of their ales available at all times with an occasional seasonal added. Made busier following the closure of nearby Butt of Ale.
