This Pub is Permanently Closed

This pub was originally a 19th century pub called the Crown before in shut in 2011 and then became Bertram Bee's at the Crown and was more of a wine bar. It re-opened as the Crown, although the beer offerings were bottles, usually including some from Hogs Back, plus lager and Guinness. On the left, at the back of the bar area at the front, was an area which could be used as a function room or as overflow if the pub is busy. The pub closed February 2020 and housing is now on the site.
