Pub is named after the local legend of Fiddler George who disappeared while exploring the tunnel under Anstey Castle. The Blind Fiddler has been opened out into one large bar area with a separate restaurant area. The house beer is brewed by Marston's and there are usual 2 other real ales available. Entertainment includes monthly quiz nights and live music. Petanque is popular and there is a rare bar billiards table.
