A micro brewery & brewery tap which opened in late 2017, though the first beers from the 6-barrel brewery became available in February 2018. Currently the bar serves a continually changing range of at least 4 cask beers brewed on-site supplemented by a wide range of craft beers on tap.
The bar area has an industrial feel with brick walls supporting railway memorabilia. A railway clock hangs near the bar. The adjoining area is mainly for food which includes a row of table and chairs that come from the first class train compartment with pipework and comic murals of the brewery. Food consists of dirty burgers and fries. It is also worth a visit to the toilets to see an alternative use for beer kegs!
Upstairs is an overflow area which is accessed via industrial steel stairs from the main dining area and is also available to hire for functions and parties. Monthly beer tasting and breweries tours are available.
Flat access available via small door on main road side, and accessible toilet available.
