Traditional country pub on the banks of Curbridge Creek (tidal), a tributary to the River Hamble, which is the start of the National Trust Hamble River Walk. The pub can be reached by boat, but only at high tide. The L-shaped bar with contemporary decor is split in two, dividing the main bar area from the restaurant. Outside is a patio seating area with heaters, plus pub benches on the grassed area behind the car park and next to the river. Serves modern pub food, pasta dishes and Italian Tapas (until 7pm, except Sundays when roasts are available instead).
