This Café is in a former aircraft hangar, part of Calshot Activities Centre. Its shore-side garden affords views to the Isle of Wight and Portsmouth. Food available until about one hour before closing time. Yards away is one of Henry VIII's castles, wherein one can learn of Calshot's military history, and its associations with the Schneider Trophy, seaplanes, flying-boats and T.E. Lawrence. Also nearby is Calshot Marshes Nature Reserve. Beware of seasonal car parking charges; Dogs allowed in the garden only.
From photos it seems that the café is now down to bottled beers only, if that, though website says draught beers available.
Hours shown are May 2024 hours.
