This Pub is Closed Long Term

A large landmark building, close to Derby Road Station (which gave it its name). The Railway is a pub with a long-standing reputation for live music.

It was renovated late-2016 and was run as a pub/music venue with live music Friday and Saturday, plus occasional Sunday gigs.

Historic Interest

Census locations suggests that this may have been the Bricklayer's Arms, Foxhall Rd. (c1861), and California Rose (c1865 - c1874).
