Traditional terraced street pub with a bar, lounge and enclosed outside drinking area, home to darts, pool and crib teams.The monthly Thursday open mic sessions attract many musicians of varied styles, and there are also live bands on Saturday nights.

It is one of the few pubs that carries on the once common local tradition of serving Bank's Bitter, along with guest beers from the Marston's stable, and there's a cask beer promotion offer on Mondays. Local Wyre Pies are available and cobs are sometimes available depending on demand.

Level access from the car park to all areas, no adapted WCs.
