Once a temperance hotel, this pub stands alongside the A672, conveniently near to junction 22 on the M62, with views overlooking Booth Wood reservoir. Known the years as the Derby Inn, the Derby Bar and Exit 22, it appears on Ordnance Survey maps as 'The Derby', having been named after Lord Derby, whose former shooting lodge, Rishworth Lodge, overlooks the pub. Nearby, there's Open Access land with fine moorland walks.
