Traditional West Coast bar conveniently located on the pier at Uig adjacent to the Western Isles ferry terminal and a stone's throw from the Isle of Skye Brewery.

When it changed hands, only bottled beer (rather than hand pump) from Isle of Skye was available, although a subsequent report has it that even bottled ales are no longer available.

The Bakur also has a pool table and is popular with the locals.

Closes at 9pm in winter.
