Tucked up in a corner of Cameron Square, just off the pedestrianised High Street. Garrison West is predominantly a restaurant. There are two hand pumps on the bar, although they are rarely in action.

The restaurant food, many dishes with a Scottish nod, is well-reviewed and worth trying out.
