This is quite hard to find, but if you follow the signs to ‘Forelands’, you’ll find this signposted. Renowned over the years for its seafood, and in spite of numerous refurbishments still retains much of its charm. Perched on the edge of a low cliff, with fine views over the English Channel and the notorious Bembridge Ledge – it’s no wonder Islands second Lifeboat Station is nearby. There are five en-suite double bedrooms available for B & B accommodation and a family room. Winter opening may be one hour later and one hour earlier closing. Four ales served during the winter months.

Please note that the website is showing shorter hours as of November 2023 and says "if the pub is quiet in the evenings, then we may close earlier than 10pm.". This may be quite early.
