Sensitive conversion of former shop premises with original windows, parquet flooring and a sympathetic bar top, contrasting with the modern look of the lighting. Copper is used to support lighting throughout the bar area and artistically deployed in the toilets. Free standing tables and chairs throughout most of the room of the room with sofas at the front. 4 hand-pumps dispense up to four cask RedWillow beers. The beer selection, together with pricing for pint, half and, for stronger kegs, third measures is clearly displayed on a wide screen above the bar. During summer there is an extended outdoor seating area. There are 11 craft/keg beers available from RedWillow, collaborations, UK micros and further afield. Don’t expect to find national brand lagers and stouts on offer here! There is four ever changing real ciders. Free online loyalty scheme with 20% off cask beer Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Monthly comedy nights and a quiz night on the second and last Tuesdays of each month.
