Welcoming, attractive whitewashed freehouse, built in 1638 and set in the picturesque Uley Valley. The pub has a pleasant walled garden that is safe for children. The pub was renovated in 2022 and the main bar, which has been extended, has a low-timbered ceiling with an entrance through to the games room. The pub is close to the Cotswold Way and it is popular with walkers. The guest ales are mainly sourced from regional breweries. The four en-suite double rooms are in the process of being renovated. There is a covered smoking area. Also open for 'Brunch' Sundays from 10am.
