Hotel and pub serving four cask ales with front and rear bars, a front lounge and two back dining/function rooms. The front bar has two beers and the rear has four on handpull. The beers usually don't change.

Breakfast is served for hotel guests from early morning, lunchtime meals including sandwiches from 11am, afternoon tea at 3pm and evening meals start at 6pm. Cakes and coffee are served during day in the front bar.

Pleasantly situated in the centre of town facing the Market Hall.
