Shut Autumn 2015 by Hook Norton; rumoured to have been purchased by a local developer to turn it into two houses. lack of love for the place means that none of the ex-locals wanted to raise an ACV to protect it.

Many make the effort to find this sensitively refurbished back-street pub. Now moved upmarket with a good range of food and two frequently changing guest beers. Large garden at rear. Good family room. Live Irish music most Friday nights.
