The Cwmavon Constitutional Club had changed its name to Dylan's sometime in the past (A planning permission request in that name was granted in 2003 for a beer garden) but when visited in October 2023, it has now become permanently closed and converted to offices and industrial storage for Aliment Nutrition, a Vitamin & supplements shop & distributer, although there are still some signs in a couple of windows saying Dylan's!

The following planning permission for change of use to offices was granted by Neath Port Talbot Council on Thu 13 Sep 2012: P2012/0741 | Change of use from Club / Bar (Class A3) to Offices (Class B1) and Storage (Class B8). | DYLANS TY'R OWEN ROW CWMAVON PORT TALBOT SA12 9BE
